The Promise of salvation through obedience to Jesus, is the gospel. It is the great hope for a lost and dying world, and for the saved. But you can't tell someone the good news, unless you know it for yourself. A lot of Christians, especially the young, do not know for sure if they are saved. Jesus says I'm not to be overly concerned about my own life. He will complete what He has started. I should put others first, and it's only through believing that I am saved that I am able to do that.

We are loved by God, we are forgiven when we repent, and we are saved through abiding in Christ. This is the message I carry with me, and in my music. Jesus is whom I love to talk about. Jesus is whom I love to sing about. So I must be about my Father's business.
